Since the incident occurred Iranians strongly believe that the Guidance Patrol has tortured and beat Mahsa Amini to death.
Iranian Protests
Iranians protesting against the government is not new, the people of Iran had stood against the deceptive elections in 2009, economic mismanagement in 2017, and fuel price hike in 2019, but they were cruelly restrained by Iran’s security forces, this time also is no different. Although celebrities and media from all around the world are trying their best to support Iranian protestors.
Iran’s Football Team has taken a big step to support the protest against the hijab by wearing their black tracksuit during the National anthem of Iran in FIFA World Cup.
Iran’s Government’s cruel action against protestors
The government of Iran is trying its best to stop the protesters and those who are supporting them including celebrities and the media.
Tehran provincial Gov. Mohsen Mansouri said that they will take action against the celebrities who have fanned the flames of riots.
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian is telling his Western diplomats that nothing is going on in Iran but the World is not blind, people though out the world are against such brutality.
The government of Iran is using its old trick to fool the public by telling that the riots are instigated by the US to weaken Iran’s security and stability.
The government of Iran has banned Internet access to restrict protests on social media and Security Officials are arresting, beating, and also killing protestors.
The riots may take after the death of Mahsa Amini but the anger and frustration against the government were always there in the Iranians. The sick economy, corruption, and restrictions specially for women have angered the Iranians.
The Government of Iran wants to educate women through their Gasht-e-Ershad (Guidance of Patrol) on how women in Islam should dress and cover themselves, but they must first educate themselves. It is true that in Islam Women should cover their body and wear hijabs to protect their dignity and respect, but at the same time, Islam also says to respect women, and beating and insulting a woman was and would never be permissible in Islam.
