On a plot of ground measuring 1.03 acres, the estate was constructed in 1998. 3.5 baths and 4 bedrooms are present. The house is big, but a mansion should have at least 8,000 square feet, according to the definition.
Early in 2021, Winfrey paid $10.5 million to purchase the property. It was a 2.1-acre multi-parcel with the main home in a Mediterranean style and two smaller cottages. According to The Dirt, she appeared to divide the estate into two parts and sell each half to various buyers.

Before selling the main house to Aniston, the well-known host sold the 2 little cottages for $2.3 million in the middle of August. The Friends actor also has a $20.97 million Bel Air house. She will have lots of privacy if she permanently resides in the Montecito house because it is not visible from the street. Additionally, it is gated.
Aniston formerly stated that she was interested in designing and purchasing new homes. “If I weren’t an actor, I’d love to be a designer,” she told Architectural Digest. “I enjoy the procedure. I find that choosing fabrics and finishes feeds my soul in some way.
She has owned multiple houses over her life, according to Architectural Digest.
When Brad Pitt and Aniston got married, they spent $13.1 million on a 12,000-square-foot Beverly Hills property in the French Normandy style.
Edwin Wallace Neff, a well-known Southern California architect, created the mansion’s original design in 1934.
n 2006, Aniston bought a Beverly Hills mansion designed by Harold W. Levitt. She then gave the house the Hawaiian name “Ohana,” which denotes a large family.
The hillside home cost the 53-year-old actress $13.5 million to purchase in 2006, and in the following years, she worked with architect Stephen Shadley to convert it.
The actress subsequently spent $7.01 million on two condos in the West Village, one of which was a penthouse with a 900-square-foot wraparound patio.
The ‘Friends’ star then put money into her $20.97 Million Bel Air Mansion.

The actress most recently attracted attention when she shared a photo of herself in the shower to advertise a new movie.
A close friend of hers from the cast of Friends, David Schwimmer, even created a parody of the image when it went viral.
The actress had hinted something to accompany the photo that she had shared on her social media, and when it was in the end disclosed among the people, she was thrilled to share the news with her followers.
It had to do with her haircare company, Lolavie which was now befittingly propounded into shower haircare with a realm of shampoo and conditioner. The first image had over 700,000 likes by the time it started receiving notices and mentions on social media.
Even more people, though, were drawn to her co-star David’s answer to his post on his social media, in which he posed in his shower while covered in soap and water splashing down his face.
In a video announcing the news, she can be seen selecting a bottle of each in her luxurious bathroom, with even her dog Lord Chesterfield appearing.
