Miami Dolphins quarterback, Teddy Bridgewater was eliminated in the first quarter of the Miami Dolphins VS New York Jets match.
It seems like Miami Dolphins are having luck issues with their quarterback players, another quarterback got injured during the match.
During the NFL, on 9th October Miami Dolphins’ player, Teddy Bridgewater was forced to take a leave from the match due to an elbow injury.
Teddy Bridgewater joined Miami Dolphins as a quarterback by replacing Tua Tagovailoa, who suffered a concussion earlier during the match against Cincinnati Bengals.
Teddy Bridgewater, the Miami Dolphins quarterback, who was replaced by Tua Tangovailoa was forced to leave the ground due to an elbow injury but was later referred to as having a head injury.
During the game, Miami revealed that Teddy Bridgewater wouldn’t join the match as per the new concussion protocol
Teddy has passed the tests performed by the doctors nevertheless, because of the new concussion protocol passed on Saturday, which added ataxia to the unworkable list, Bridgewater’s health situation come under ataxia. According to the ATC, spotter Teddy Bridgewater was ruled out because of ataxia.
Ataxia- In a joint statement by NFL and NFLPA ataxia is described as an abnormality of balance/stability, motor coordination, or dysfunctional speech caused by a neurological issue.
Mike McDaniel, coach of the Miami Dolphins confirmed after the match that the quarterback Teddy Bridgewater showed no concussion symptoms. McDaniel told the reporters that the Miami Dolphins quarterback passed all the necessary tests performed by the doctors.
Teddy Bridgewater, the former quarterback will now have to follow the concussion protocol and undergo all the steps, which includes being cleared by an independent neurologist before joining the game again.

Miami Dolphins quarterback played one part of the Sunday Dolphins VS Jet match. Teddy Bridgewater got hit by New York Jets’ cornerback Sauce Gardner while attempting a pass in the end zone. Teddy crashed hard on his left elbow due to the hit and was called for intentional grounding, for safer circumstances.
Bridgewater was seen entering the medical tent on the sidelines for first aid.
Later Bridgewater was been replaced by the third-string rookie quarterback Skylar Thompson.
Mike McDaniel said that it’s rough losing Bridgewater’s offense’s first play but the whole team has faith in Skylar Thompson.
Miami Dolphins Coach said that they don’t believe in one man-savior concept and added that losing the match doesn’t have anything to do with Teddy Bridgewater.
