The Boyz is a South Korean Band, an all-boy band. It is formed and managed by IST Entertainment. Their first album was released on 6th December 2017 with the lead single “Boy” from “The First”. The members of the group are Kevin, Q, Hyunjae, Jacob, Younghoo, Ju Haknyeon, Sangyeon, New, Eric, Juyeon, and Sunwoo.
Recently, due to the bad health condition of one of the members The Boyz, they are trending on Twitter.
IST Entertainment announced on 30th August in a notice that due to health concerns of Sunwoo the member of THE BOYZ is temporarily suspended.
Recently Sunwoo complained about his poor health to the agency. Later, the artists and the agency discussed this and decided to give Sunwoo a break and focus on his health.
In the notice, IST Entertainment mentioned that previously Sunwoo complained about poor physical conditions. Fans will get his future recovery and re-joining schedule updates. They also apologized for the inconvenience and asked the fans to understand the decisions.

Earlier the youngest member Eric took a break due to having difficulties in performing because of his poor health issue. On 4th March, IST Entertainment announced through a notice that Eric will be suspended temporarily. He hasn’t joined the band yet. Eric is the lead dancer, lead Rapper, and Vocalist of the group.
Previously in January Eric was diagnosed with Covid-19. Other members of the group Hyunjae, Jacob, Younghoo, Ju Haknyeon, Sangyeon, and Sunwoo also tested Covid-19 positive.
People are also blaming the agency for their tireless schedule which in some way is the reason for the bad health conditions of the stars.
Fans are stating that they don’t need any comeback let them rest and focus on their health first. People are also asking Cre. Ker Entertainment to come back.
There is no update on Erics’ health condition, Hyunjae is hospitalized in the middle of the show, and now Sunwoo is on hiatus. Thus, fans are showing their anger towards the agency with #THEBOYZDeservesBetter.

The Boyz has recently on 16th August 2022 released their 7th mini-series album “Be Aware”
The title track of the album is “whisper” followed by Five other songs “Bump & Love”, “C.O.D.E”, “Levitating”, Survive the Night”, and “Timeless”.
