Wentz recalled, “We were here with Philadelphia in Week 1 two years ago. It was enjoyable to see him, catch up with him, and compete against him despite how crazy things have changed. “He is the one whom I have respect in my heart and to whom I wish the best”.

On the second series, the Jalen Hurts-to-Brown connection heated up as the quarterback completed passes to his close friend four times for 62 yards.

Late in the second quarter, Hurts threw arguably his prettiest pass while wearing an Eagles uniform, dropping one over cornerback Will Harris deep down the right sideline into Brown’s arms. Brown then dragged the defender another 10 yards for a score.
By winning, Jackson joined a select group of quarterbacks who have won at least 38 of their first 50 starts in the Super Bowl era. Only Ken Stabler and Patrick Mahomes, who both won 40 of their first 50 starts, are ahead of Jackson in terms of wins.
